The Vision and Learning in Humans and Machines IGERT provides $1,000 of travel reimbursement per grant year to current fellows for relevant academic activities. Travel expense reimbursement is pretty much a straightforward process, but it is the traveler's responsibility to be familiar with the University's and Fed's rules concerning travel expense reimbursement. To avoid incurring expenses that do not qualify for reimbursement or exceed the maximum allowable, you should at the very least look over the travel rules and limits on the University's Travel Office website.
