Melanie A. Tumlin


Melanie is a 4th-year Ph.D. student in Cognitive Science at the University of California, San Diego.  She is interested generally in speech perception and language learning.  More specifically, she studies individual differences and the developmental time-course of comprehension of accented speech.  She fervently enjoys statistics and teaching.  In her spare time, she wrangles four-legged creatures and plots her next adventure.
